Usage Policy

This agreement shows the rights of the customer and the rights of the phantastic, so please read it in order to be aware of the method and manner of dealing with us and to ensure your legal right. In the case of using any of the services of the company means full acceptance of the following conditions:

We do not host sites that contain the following:

  • Sites that are contrary to the teachings of the Islamic religion and which are applied to religions of any kind.
  • Political sites critical of governments.
  • Sites that promote hackers and penetration.
  • Send spam messages that are not expected by the other party (spam).

Use scripts and software on the site

  • The use of screeds that cause high pressure on the server and the depletion of its resources is prohibited.
  • If your site causes high-pressure hits on other sites on the same server, we will pause your site until a suitable solution is found.
  • In the event of subscription to the plans only, the customer is not entitled to ask us to install any Scarbet for him only at an additional charge.
  • If we find that there are any files that harm the server on the client’s site (such as spyware and hacking), we are entitled to take any action we deem appropriate against it.
  • It is prohibited to create or install unlicensed forums on the server. If we receive a report from the Data Center regarding any unauthorized forum, it will be suspended until the customer licenses it.

Backup and Domain Name

  • We make backup copies of all sites on the server, but remains the issue of data conservation and files site is the responsibility of the customer first and finally, and assume no responsibility for loss or loss of backups of sites.
  • The customer has the right to claim a backup copy of his site within a period not exceeding one month from the end of his subscription.
  • We are not responsible for loss of the domain or lost because of not renewing the hosting on time.
  • If you do not want to renew, Vantastic will deliver your domain to your control panel.

Financial transactions

  • We activate the hosting service for you after we receive the full amount not later than 3 days from the date of receipt of the amount, and if we received the amount minus we apologize for providing the service to the customer, and this means the customer to pay the financial dues associated with the payment process, if any.
  • In the event that the customer does not pay the amounts due to him, we are entitled to stop any other service we provide him, until all the dues are paid.
  • The customer will be contacted by mail regarding the financial transactions at least two weeks before the maturity date, with the payment of the receivables before the due date.
  • If the customer does not pay the amount on time, his / her position will be suspended for 3 days in order to pay, and the site will be permanently deleted after 30 days have elapsed.
  • Guarantee the customer the right to refund the amount in case of dissatisfaction with the service during the first 15 days, with the discount of the price of the domain and the cost of conversion, if any.

Technical support

  • Any emergency problem caused to the server due to circumstances beyond our control or due to natural disasters, we will seek to resolve them as soon as possible, and the client can not claim any financial matters.
  • All technical support services are offered by ticket only.
  • Any problems the customer faces in his or her location because of his Internet service provider or problems with his personal computer. We are not concerned with this type of problem.
  • Free technical support for hosting plans is only to solve the problems of the server and not to solve the internal problems of scripts, databases and others.


  • The site is suspended in the event of an official complaint against him requiring the temporary suspension of the site.
  • Any attempt to defame or falsely accuse your wrongdoing of the right, we are entitled to take any strict action against the client.
  • All our customer information is subject to strict privacy, and we can provide it to anyone except in the case of a legal claim.
  • When you subscribe to one of our services, the customer must provide us with all his correct data so that we can communicate with him in the event of any problem.
  • We have the right to cancel the contract with the client, without explanation for the reasons, in which case we return all financial rights for the period of time remaining to us, and provide a backup.
